The Maison des Initiatives de Forest and the urban, architectural, social and environmental reflection that it implies constitute a unique opportunity to co-construct an exemplary project. It is a question of working on several scales at the same time, of conceiving in a transversal way:

> to imagine the different heterogeneous buildings as a whole that could become coherent by the implementation of a common logic for the whole
> to create an inclusive place for citizens, a destination truly integrated into the neighborhood where the human dimension and co-habitation constitute the DNA of the project
> to approach the construction of the project from a central ambition that totally redefines the way of approaching the architectural project (for the design team and the client), that of the circular economy

Given these ambitions the project can only be done in an attitude of co-construction between the design team, the project owner but also the citizens.
